Do you dream of being a Rock Star?
Want to sing and perform like a Pro? Spend a week, rocking, singing and performing in style; forming bands, learning to play instruments, performing classic covers, writing your own original song, recording a professional CD and performing in your very own ‘Rock concert’. Warehouse 18 wants to offer a unique holiday club for all children aged 8-16, no matter their musical ability. The emphasis is fun, involvement and creativity, while playing, writing and performing music with like-minded children. Throughout the week, they’ll spend time developing their musical techniques, rehearsing, song writing, learning stage choreography and interacting with other young musicians. It’s the most genuine rock star experience any child could want!
The holiday club runs each week in the summer holidays and at the end of the program it ends in a ‘Rock Concert’, for family and friends. The program includes:
• Working in small groups lead by professional musicians,
• Experiencing and learning to play different instruments each day – guitar, bass, drums, keyboard and vocals
• Writing and performing their own musical work
• Recording, mixing and editing their work; ending in a professional CD
• Performing in a ‘Rock Concert’, in front of family and friends Cost: £20 a day or £65 for the week. (Siblings get a 10% discount) Weeks:
